Most sites are either an expensive one-off that goes stale, or a DIY builder nobody has time for. We built MellowSF to be the third option: a real designer and developer in your corner, for a flat price. That goes for storefronts, and it goes for game servers.

Two numbers. A build fee that starts at $900 and depends on how many pages and features you need, and a care plan from $65/month that covers hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, and edits. Every add-on is priced on the pricing page. You can work the whole thing out yourself before you talk to me.
For some people that genuinely is the right answer, and I'll say so if it is. What you're buying from a builder is cheap software and your own labour. What you're buying here is the labour: someone who designs it, builds it, and is still around at 2am when the contact form silently stops sending. If your site is a formality, use a builder. If it's how people find you, don't.
It's most of what I do. FiveM and QBCore especially - live player counts, direct connect, Discord integration, whitelist application systems, VIP and donation stores. I also run my own QBCore roleplay server, which means every script I write gets tested against real players trying to break it.
Yes, and this is the part most web studios can't do. Custom QBCore resources, ox_inventory and ox_target integration, doorlocks, NUI interfaces, Discord bots and logging pipelines. If you've got a resource that half works and nobody can figure out why, that's a normal Tuesday.
Your domain is registered in your name from day one, and your content is always yours. Once the build is paid for, the site is yours too - if you ever leave, I hand over the repository and help you move it. Nothing is held hostage.
Most builds go from signed plan to live in about a week. Bigger scopes with stores, booking, or custom server integrations take longer, and you get a real date in the written plan before anything starts rather than a guess on a call.

Yes, and it's a good chunk of the work. I rebuild it, move the domain across with no downtime, and set up redirects so the pages Google already ranks don't turn into dead links - which is the step most rebuilds get wrong.
