The problem

Flatline was sending every prospective player straight to a Discord invite. New arrivals landed in a channel list with no idea what the server actually was, and most left without ever applying.

What I built

• Built a single-scroll landing page that answers 'what is this server' before asking for anything
• Live player count and one-click direct connect, so joining is one action instead of five
• Discord widget wired to the real guild, with the invite as the last step rather than the first
• Whitelist application flow that captures the character concept up front

The problem

Most FiveM developers have never run a server. Running NewLeaf means every script gets tested against real players doing unreasonable things to it, at 2am, on a Saturday.

What I built

• Mellow OS - a custom in-game tablet with a bento launcher and USB-gated apps
• Discord logging pipeline: a FiveM resource plus a Node bot with slash commands, DB watcher, and a live status panel
• Custom spawn selector wired into multicharacter, with six hand-placed locations
• Deep fixes across the ox stack - inventory persistence, doorlocks, ammo handling, licence syncing
• Custom SOP's and Cad Systems

The problem

The crew was winning work entirely by word of mouth and had nothing to point at when someone asked to see previous jobs.

What I built

• Before-and-after slider built around their own job photos, since the transformation is the product
• Service pages structured for local search, one page per job type
• Quote form that lands in their inbox with the job type already tagged
• Dark forest palette drawn from their actual work rather than a stock trades template
