Two numbers, both on this page.

Every number is published. Add up your own job below - a script fix, a custom resource, a full server, or a website - with no form in the way and no call required to find out whether you can afford me.

Every number is on this page, and you can add up your own job before you talk to me. Your welcome to build a quote before you spend anything.

Quick jobs

Flat fee, usually same day. Cheap on purpose - it's how we find out whether we like working together.

Custom development

Priced from. Real number comes in the written scope, before you pay anything.

Server work

Framework, performance, and the parts that break at 2am.

Ongoing

For servers in active development. Cancel with 30 days' notice.

Something not on this list? Custom work is $45/hour, or a fixed price once the scope is written down. Bring me the thing three other people gave up on - that’s the interesting version.

Your estimate

Nothing picked yet. Tap anything on the left and the price adds up here. Nothing is charged until a scope is agreed in writing.

  • Milestones, never a big deposit up front
  • Code goes into your repo as it's written
  • Bug fixes: no fix, no fee
  • Written scope before anything is charged

Not sure which line you’re on? Send me what you’re making and I’ll tell you the smallest version that would actually work.

The honest comparison

The cheap option costs you weekends.

DIY builders are genuinely cheaper on the invoice. They are not cheaper once you count the evenings you spend fighting a template, or the customers who left because the site looked unfinished.

FAQ

Pricing questions

It's $150 for a call plus a written plan: scope, page list, timeline, and a fixed price. If you go ahead with the build, it comes straight off the build fee. If you don't, you keep the plan and owe nothing further - including if you take it to another developer.

Yes. You can take the files and host them yourself, and I'll hand over everything including the repository. Most people don't, because the care plan is what stops the site quietly rotting - expired certificates, broken forms, dependencies that stopped getting security patches. But it's your call, not a condition of the build.

One-time unless the label says otherwise. An add-on is setup work you pay for once and keep - a store, a whitelist system, live server status. The only recurring costs are the care plan and anything explicitly priced per month.

The build is covered by a written agreement with a fixed scope and price, so neither of us can move the goalposts halfway through. The care plan is month to month and you can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. Your domain is registered to you from day one.

Say so early. Custom development runs $45/hour, or I'll quote it as a fixed-price piece of work if the scope is clear enough. For game servers that usually means a bespoke resource; the catalog price is a typical starting point, not a ceiling.

Tell me what you’re building

A business site, a server that needs a front door, or a script that nobody else has managed to get working. Send me the details and you’ll get a straight answer on whether I’m the right person for it, what it would take, and roughly what it would cost.

Replies within a day, usually much sooner. No sales sequence.
